IT support for clubs, pubs and venues
Proactive support for the network, tills, office PCs, screens and sound your venue runs on, across the Gold Coast and the Northern Rivers.
Proactive, not reactiveAudited yearlyTech and marketing in one plan
1 What we look after
Everything your venue runs on, looked after as one system
A club or pub runs on more technology than most offices: the internet service, the network that shares it, staff and guest Wi-Fi, and everything hanging off it. Tills, EFTPOS, kitchen and docket printers, office PCs, phones, signage and the PA. When one piece stops on a Friday night, it usually stops trade, so we look after the lot together.
- Networks, internet and Wi-Fi, with guest and staff kept apart
- Tills, EFTPOS and docket printers on the venue network
- Office PCs, email, shared files and staff accounts
- Printers in reception, admin, the bistro and the kitchen
- Signage players and screens around the venue
- PA, microphones and audio zones for functions

2 Proactive support
Caught before the Friday rush, not in the middle of it
Most IT support waits for the phone to ring. We work more like gaming-machine technicians than your average IT or AV provider: proactive maintenance over reactive emergencies. Your venue is supported day to day and audited yearly, so nothing surprises you at the worst time.
On the Flex Retainer you set your weekly hours. Faults get handled first. When there's nothing urgent, the hours shift into proactive work on your systems and planning, so the same fault doesn't keep coming back and you still get value on the quiet weeks.
- One point of contact who already knows your venue
- Specialists on both sides: technology and marketing
- Rates that scale as your weekly hours grow

3 The yearly audit
Know what's in the rack before it fails
Every venue we support is audited yearly. We map what's actually connected, clean it up, label it and write it down. When everything has a home, faults get found in minutes instead of hours.
This is a real comms rack we inherited at Kingscliff Beach Bowling Club, and the same rack after our audit, clean-up and re-label.
- Audit first: map what's actually connected
- Clean up and label everything in the rack
- Document it, so the next fix is a quick one
How it works
From first walk-through to weekly support
Need help once? The account rate is on demand, with no commitment. Want it handled every week? Set your hours on the Flex Retainer.
Walk-through and audit
We start by mapping what's actually connected in your venue, so every later fix starts from facts, not guesswork.
Set your hours
Pick a weekly plan that matches your needs and budget. One plan covers technology and marketing.
Fix it, then get ahead
Faults are handled first. Spare hours go to systems and planning so problems don't recur.
When something breaks
Ring us, or log it?
Nearly half the fault reports we receive arrive without enough detail to start work. Say what it is, where it is, what it's doing, when it started and what you tried, and most jobs can begin straight away.
Ring 1300 755 242
- You can't take money: tills or EFTPOS down
- Phones or internet out across the venue
- Anything stopping trade right now
- A function or event on today is affected
Log it in writing
- Anything that isn't stopping trade today
- Intermittent faults, with your notes and times
- New equipment, moves and changes
- Staff starting or leaving
Not sure which? Ring. We'd much rather take a call that turns out to be routine. How to log a fault

The same crew looks after your AV: PA and audio across bars, dining, gaming and outdoors, LED and media walls, and large-format displays. Installs are planned properly, done around your trading hours and supported long-term.
At Pottsville Beach Sports Club we installed a curved LED wall, shown here running a Welcome to Pottsville aerial. And because almost every Friday-night microphone call is a flat battery, a mute switch or the wrong mic for the room, we've written the afternoon sound check down for your function staff.
- PA, microphones and audio zones across the venue
- LED and media walls, and large-format displays
- Signage players kept running with PixelSuite

Questions
What venues ask us about IT support
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Burleigh Heads and look after clubs, pubs and venues from the Gold Coast to Lismore, across South-East Queensland and the Northern Rivers of NSW.
Do we have to sign up to a retainer?
No. The account rate covers one-off and on-demand help, with no commitment. The Flex Retainer suits venues that want set weekly hours, and one plan covers both technology and marketing. See the rates.
Can our staff fix things themselves?
Some things, and our guides say which. They're check-and-report, not DIY repair: restart one computer or one till, clear a stuck print queue, photograph the error message. Anything in the network cabinet is ours, because unplugging the wrong thing takes down services that were working fine.
Should we ring the internet provider ourselves?
Please don't. Ring us first. We can usually tell within minutes whether it's the service or something inside the building, and if it is the provider, we'll deal with them. Two parties raising separate faults on the same service tends to slow everything down.
We're adding a till point, a screen or an outdoor area. When should we tell you?
At the planning stage, not the week it opens. New systems from other suppliers (gaming, membership, booking, delivery platforms) all want network access, and how that's done matters, so put us in touch with their installer before the day.
Someone is leaving. What do we need to do?
Tell us before their last day, while their files are still easy to get. If someone leaves badly, ring us straight away rather than waiting for the paperwork. And keep it to one account per person: shared logins cost you. The access checklist has the details.

Tired of the same fault coming back?
Book a walk-through and tell us what keeps breaking. We'll show you how we'd look after it, then keep it running.
