Our software practice

cAIdenceby Cyberry Software

Our development brand — where we build websites, kiosks and fully bespoke software for venues and businesses, with AI doing the heavy lifting.

What Caidence builds

Caidence is how Cyberry ships software: small, fast builds that stay supported — never a template you have to work around.

Faster, cleaner websites

AI lets us roll out faster, cleaner websites with lower ongoing maintenance and hosting costs — designed for your venue, owned by you, kept current.

Bespoke kiosks

Touch-screen kiosks built to meet a club's needs for in-venue comms — honour boards, live menus, info hubs and event guides, in the club's own colours.

Fully bespoke software

AI-driven software developed for your business — custom tools, automation and integrations, scoped up front and supported after launch.

Case study — event guides

A whole charity golf day, on a kiosk and in every player's pocket.

Cyberry is a major sponsor of the CMA Charity Golf Day at Coolangatta & Tweed Heads Golf Club — and we built its event guide. One build, two form factors: a portrait touch kiosk that lives in the clubhouse, and an installable phone app players scan straight off the kiosk and take out onto the course.

The CMA Charity Golf Day event guide — a portrait clubhouse kiosk beside two phone screens showing the run of day, the course map and the tee-shot card
CMA Charity Golf Day — kiosk + phone app. The same nine sections, built for a wall panel and for a phone in one hand.

In the clubhouse

A portrait touch panel at registration. Nothing scrolls — content is paged, and every control sits where a standing adult can actually reach it. While nobody's touching it, an attract reel cycles all nineteen hole sponsors.

Out on the course

Scan the QR and the guide goes onto the player's home screen — no app store, no login. Their team, their starting hole, the course map, the rules and a tee-shot card for the three-drives-each rule, all round.

Works when the wifi doesn't

It caches itself the moment it opens — 108 files, right down to every sponsor sign — so a golf course with average reception costs the day nothing. Verified with the network cut.

Yours doesn't have to be golf.A run of day, a map, a field to search, a format to explain, sponsors to honour and a cause to raise for — that's a charity golf day, and it's also a bowls carnival, a fishing comp, a race day or a club open day. Read the full case study

The sites and kiosks, as shipped

Real Caidence builds — venue websites that stay in step with what's on, and honour-board kiosks that put a club's history at members' fingertips.
