The Big Catch at East Lismore Bowling Club

A two-month member campaign, 1 August to 30 September 2026: one prize worth chasing, four channels, and a member list the club can actually reach.

The Big Catch: 46% more members fully connected in two months

East Lismore Bowling Club had a problem every club knows. Too few members were fully signed up across every touchpoint, so member comms were hard to land. Members were spread across the app, the mobile list and the email list, but only a fraction were on all three.

We built The Big Catch around a prize worth chasing. Members earned 15 bonus draws to win a boat by doing three things: download the club app, update their details, and swipe their card on any CUB product at the bar.

The problem
A community club competing for the Christmas trade with little more than posters and word of mouth.

Every sub-club running its own raffle, on one system

The problem
Sub-clubs were each running their weekly raffles by hand, with different systems, extra admin and no consistency.
What we did
We rolled out PixelSuite with its built-in raffle generator, then set each sub-club up to run its own draws on the club’s screens.

“So simple to use that all our sub-clubs love running their weekly raffles.” · Ryan Clarke, General Manager

Sharing the community work a club quietly does

The problem
A club doing genuine community work that its own community rarely heard about.
What we did
Ongoing videography and PR support, plus commemorative screen content, including the club’s ANZAC Day schedule across every display.

“They’ve helped us share the heart of Ballina RSL through videography and PR support.” · Claire Tyson

The CMA Charity Golf Day event guide: a portrait clubhouse kiosk beside two phone screens

Caidence · CMA Charity Golf Day

A whole charity golf day, on a kiosk and in every player’s pocket

The event
Cyberry is a major sponsor of the CMA Charity Golf Day at Coolangatta & Tweed Heads Golf Club, and we built its event guide.
What we built
One build, two form factors: a portrait touch kiosk in the clubhouse, and an installable phone app players scan straight off the kiosk.

Works offline, and an attract reel honours all nineteen hole sponsors.
