Our goal was to enhance systems integration and minimize their reliance on print advertising to reach customers.

Our success can be attributed to the implementation of digital signage throughout the venue. This includes the upgrade of digital menu boards, the creation of a modulated TV advertising channel controlled through the Cyberry app, and a digital podium for staff to manage their content. These changes have greatly reduced expenses on printed advertisements while also making sure that all current promotions are effectively advertised and outdated content is not displayed in the club.

In addition, we have helped integrate their EDM, Point of Sale (POS), and gaming system member databases, reducing the manual burden of keeping these systems synchronised for gaming promotions.

As technology consultants, we have also managed upgrades to the club’s CCTV, in-house PA system, gaming room cabling, updated website, and paperless document storage.
